Our commitment at Arctic Falls Spring Water and Java Bar Coffee is to provide the highest quality products, committed customer service and tech support to serve our customers.
Many of our products and equipment wait times have become much longer than usual due to the supply chain issues. Many manufacturers are taking 8 – 12 weeks to fulfill our orders.
While we have increased our inventory purchasing, we are still seeing much more out of stock items than we have ever had before. Be assured we are working with the suppliers to get the needed inventory as quickly as possible.
Price increases on raw materials and freight costs has caused our vendors to increase their pricing as well. Some of those vendors and products items include: paper products, condiment racks, plastic resins, pantry products, green coffee, filtration products, various equipment parts manufacturers, plastic products and printing materials just to name a few.
We will be implementing the price increases September 13, 2021. You can expect increases to range from 2% to 8% depending on the vendor.
We hope that the inventory availability, cost fluctuations and the freight situation settle itself soon. We have been told by the Freight Forwarding companies that they expect this to last through February 2022.
